The biggest issue today that college students face today is their mental health challenges. With the constant pressure of maintaining academic excellence,  adjusting to new environments, and constant stress of new issues arising as a young adult,  college students are detrimentally affected by the stress that's surrounding them constantly. The need to teach healthy habits to college students to promote health is beneficial to ensure safety and security in college students lives.
